Sometimes you don’t need an appraisal.  You need sound advice.  We solve problems and help you make informed decisions.

Here are some of the situations our clients have asked us to help them with:

  • We’re thinking of donating our property, how do we go about that?

  • Litigation Support.

  • Special studies:

    • What is Market Rent for my building?

    • How long will it take to lease up?

    • What would be the ideal improvement for my property?

    • How will my renovation project change the value of my property?

    • Impact studies

 REVIEW APPRAISALS

We provide review of appraisals made by others. This is often for cases involving litigation. Does the appraisal make sense? Do the data and analysis in the reviewed appraisal support the appraiser’s opinions and value?

 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We have been court appointed in New Jersey to provide independent value opinions for real estate that is in dispute. We have also have been selected to participate in arbitration and mediation proceedings as well as condemnation commissions. We have been selected by our peers as the “third appraiser” in property value and market rent disputes.
